CEO and Head of HR Operations

Liz Leavy

Liz is an experienced HR Director, MCIPD, Executive Coach IFC Accredited NLP Practitioner.

Liz has led the HR function in Ireland for a large multinational, has led many consultancy projects across all HR disciplines and has designed and delivered L&D programs globally.

Liz's specialty is business transformation, scaled rightsizing and implementing and maintaining a HR function to businesses that are growing and have not, to date, had the need for an HR department. She is also experienced in holding a HR department and team whilst a business recruits and/or trains a new HR director.

Liz's client base includes a number of blue chip companies such as HP, Eircom, Cityjet, GE Capital and Coca Cola. Liz has also worked with a number of not for profit organisations and has a special interest in Charities and Education.

Digital Marketing & Compliance Associate

Olivia McNally

Olivia is in her final year of her Bachelor of Laws degree at Maynooth University and is an FE1 Candidate

She has previously worked in three of the big five Irish law firms; Matheson LLP, Mason Hayes & Curran and Arthur Cox. From this legal experience she has successfully obtained a training contract with Matheson commencing in 2028.

In addition, she has worked as a legal secretary and has hands on experience in dealing with clients through her retail background.

Olivia is responsible for Emerald HR's digital and social media presence. She is also responsible for keeping up to date with employment law changes to ensure our clients stay HR compliant.

Junior HR Associate

Olivia (Livvy) Miley

Olivia (Livvy) is a final year law student at Maynooth University and FE-1 candidate. She is working towards obtaining a traineeship in 2028.

Livvy has previous experience working as a HR administrator with Sisk Healthcare and Tekno Surgical respectively, and she has previous legal experience working with Simmons+Simmons in their Dublin office as a summer intern.

Her main focus is completing any administrative work for clients. She has been working with Newbridge Silverware to improve their online image assets management system.
